"The staff and service were great. The room was old and stuck in the 80's at best. The window AC was old and falling apart. The floor tiles were worn out in some parts. There were patches of mud (dry wall compound) on some parts of the wall that were not even sanded. The bathroom had black mildew around the shower stall. "The hotel is pretty new, very nice, the staff are very kind and helpful, however I do recommend that management should require they take care more of their image, some of the front desk girls seems they don’t brush their hair, don’t use any makeup, they should definitely look a little bit better. The room is nice, the only thing that was extremely horrible was the bed, mattress hard, I would only stay here again if they improve their bed. Everything else was very nice. "
