A equipe do hotel é muito atenciosa, porém o quarto é antigo, tem cheiro de velho, mobília antiga, ar condicionado amarelado de tão antigo., cortinas antigas e quarto muito mal dimensionado

Trio Hotel

Quarto reservado para cama de casal, porém a cama eram duas camas de solteiro encostadas uma na outra, muito desconfortável. O Ar condicionado apesar de estar gelando bem apresentava um enorme vazamento. Mas no geral o hotel e bom, café da manhã muito bom e demais dependências também muito boas.

Tudo mto limpo e bem decorado. Funcionários eficientes e solicitos. Quarto espaçoso e completo. Precisam trocar as tvs antigas. Ótimo café da manhã com excelente manutençao de guarniçoes e limpeza das mesas. O estacionamento estava em obras, espero q para melhorar. Mas excelente custo-beneficio, recomendo á negocios ou familas sem medo de errar.

Experiência horrível

Para começar, nos deram um quarto totalmente incompatível com a reserva (fotos). Paguei a mais por um quarto "luxo" e qdo entramos nele simplesmente não dava para respirar direito devido ao cheiro fortíssimo de mofo. Liguei para a recepção perguntando para a atendente se aquele quarto se tratava do "luxo casal" e a resposta foi afirmativa. Por "sorte" o ar condicionado não funcionou e foram obrigados a nos trocar de quarto. O segundo sem aquele cheiro forte (talvez por ter menos cortinas e todas elas estarem puro mofo), porém o chuveiro não esquentou de jeito nenhum e em ambos os quartos (de casal) havia apenas uma toalha de banho. Café da manhã ok (comparado a todo o resto), mas alguns alimentos estavam velhos. Já me hospedei em outros hotéis da rede e nunca tive uma experiência terrível como essa!

Apesar de ter feito uma reserva explicitamente para um casal, o quarto foi preparado considerando apenas uma pessoa (travesseiro, toalha, tudo para uma pessoa somente). O frigobar encontrava-se desligado quando entramos e a porta que protege a parte superior ausente, o que getou a quebra de uma garrafa. Solicitamos limpeza, que foi mal feita e a partir de então em todas as interações com a recepção notávamos má vontade e hostilidade. Além de tudo, a TV não possuia sequer uma antena digital, o que é surpreendente em 2025. Limpeza abaixo da média e fraco isolamento de ruídos. Decepcionante para dizer o mínimo.
