Fantastic apartments near Ibiza Town

Wonderful staff, nice clean apartments. Spacious and cool in the heat of summer. Great base for accessing the main activities in the south of the island, from the beaches to the clubs, airport, Formentera and Ibiza Town itself.

This property was extremely clean and well maintained. The check-in was great - staff was excellent. They provided beach towels and an umbrella which was fantastic and needed with the hot sun. Apartment was well equipped and the AC was great. It is about 20 minute walk to the heart of shopping and main restaurants. Would recommend this accommodation.

Building A is in front of the beach (as you see the picture). Building B is behind A crossing the street. The place is nice and big, but the restaurant for breakfast at B-Llobet is not at the beach.

We stayed here last week, 4 girlfriends, for a weekend of fun. We could not have been more pleased with the hotel. The apartment was super clean, spacious with great bathrooms and kitchen facilities. Beds very comfortable. The air con was superb and very welcome after a day in the sun. There’s a nice roof terrace with pool if you don’t wish to venture far. It’s not noisy at night (but maybe we were lucky that weekend). Breakfast was wonderful, everything you could want for breakfast; continental, freshly made eggs and bacon, pancakes, fruit, pastries (even PG tips for your morning cuppa). The hotel itself is a 2 min walk across the road to the beach (busyish road), with plenty of bars and restaurants. You can walk into the old town in half an hour or so. We found a gravelly track - I’m sure there’s a more direct way. The staff are super lovely and helpful. One thing to note (not related to hotel) is the issue with taxis. Whilst we were ok for the majority of the time, taxis at certain times can be hard to find. We were waiting for 40 mins once for a restaurant booking. I would whole heartedly recommend these apartments.

La habitación-apartamento que teníamos era muy cómoda, incluso para las 5 personas que estuvimos (una en cama-sofá). Están bien insonorizadas las estancias y el desayuno me sorprendió para bien. Natalia en recepción la más agradable de todos!

Excellent, nothing to complain but only good words. We were upgraded to a beautiful apartment with outdoor jacuzzi, huge patio and roomy lodging, the apartment not only is spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. The breakfast is delicious too. Location is prime, close to beach, we even get welcome drinks

L'hôtel est très récent et l'accueil est chaleureux. Les appartements sont très confortables, spacieux, fonctionnels et baignés de lumière. La propreté est impeccable. Le personnel est souriant et serviable. L'emplacement à deux pas de la mer et des commerces est idéal pour découvrir la ville. Nous sommes ravis d'y avoir séjourné. Reception staff extremely friendly and going the extra mile. Our apartment was very large (approx. 50 m2) and beautifully designed. 100m from Es Figuruetes beach with many nice cafés and restaurants. Convenient parking in garage. Anytime again!

Espectacular apartamento en Ibiza.

La atención de Antonio fue maravillosa!!! Los apartamentos son espectaculares, perfectos para unas excelentes y tranquilas vacaciones. Mi nota es 9 y eso solamente porque el colchón de sofá cama de la sala es Dino o no se como explicarlo, pero se sienten lis resortes. Tiene piscina, bellas vistas, está buen ubicado, es seguro. Me encantó y lo recomiendo a todos, tanto parejas como familias. El trato de las personas que trabajan en este apartamento-hotel es espectacular! Felicidades!!!!

Remarquable

Liobet hôtel appartement d’Ibiza, dispose d’une situation exceptionnelle a 100 metre de la plage et 10 minutes du centre ville. La propreté et le service de l’hotel sont remarquables. Valentina a L’accueil est très professionnelle, je recommande fortement.
