"Best customer service I have experienced from anyone in a long time. Jeremy, who was manning the desk when we arrived, was particularly cordial and very helpful. Shuttle bus picked us up from the car rental return and brought us to the restaurant up the street from the hotel. We also took the shuttle to the airport at 4:20AM the next day, which was great; we departed exactly on time and got to the airport in minutes. If you have an early flight to catch out of CLE, this is the place to stay"

"We were nicely surprised with our room. We were just there for a quick overnight so we could get to an early appointment at Cleveland Clinic. It was just a short ride to CC, and the price for our room was great. A very fresh, clean, nicely appointed room. The few staff members we encountered were very nice and helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast in the morning that had a great variety. My husband had pancakes, bacon, orange juice and coffee and I had a breakfast sandwhich with english muffin, sausage, cheese and egg, orange juice and coffee. The kids that were there at the same time we were loved the biscuits and gravy. We definitely would stay here again."

"The room wasn’t clean you can see the dust on the floor and when you open the drawers I found pennies and the fridge had food in the fridge and no shower curtains on the tub The microwave didn’t work "

"I would give it a perfect score except it's an older hotel that needs some much needed upgrades and repairs. the staff was friendly and the hotel was clean but the AC unit was very noisy needed a bearing replaced and some of the fixtures needed repairs."

"Property was nice and quaint. Its very close to downtown and a definite bonus being right next to the airport. The owner was also very attentive. Helpful at every turn, and responded very swiftly"

"Elevator was not working. My room was on 3 rd floor. I'm 75 years old. It was rough with my luggage . Shuttle was great. Desk staff was great. Just only room for me was on 3 rd floor. I would never do that again ..stairs were too much. "
