"You can’t beat the location and the convenience of the breakfast and parking. The staff was also very kind- especially the breakfast waiter!!!! However, the property is in desperate need of a refresh. Our mattress was super uncomfortable, and our office chair was falling apart."

"Overall good experience at Surestay owned by best western parent, much better than Econolodge, or Executive Inn owned and operated by certain owners. Only thing we don’t like is when we arrived at 8pm to check in. Security told us front desk is dinner break and we had to wait till 8:30pm. This is the first time we experienced arriving but have to wait 30 minutes. It can train security to help check in if they don’t want to hire more people."
