He came in to hang a no smoking sign on the bathroom mirror. We unfortunately had random people knocking on our hotel door at like 2am our first night. They kept knocking 5 different times presumably looking for the previous guests, and we didn’t feel safe answering the door. For the price, we weren’t expecting much and feel like we got what we paid for. Free breakfast was nice, albeit simple options." Check in went fairly smoothly. We were in town for the March Madness tournament. Trying to order room service from the room phone took 4 attempts as the phone was old and didn’t work well. Breakfast at the Grange restaurant had terrible service as they were understaffed and unorganized. Coffee arrived without condiments or a spoon. Food order taken, but food never arrived. Other tables who came in after us got their food and were either eating, ate or finished before we finally gave up and walked out. The Valet at checkout took an extremely long time to bring the car. There was no space or bed enough to accommodate my party of 3 adults. This was the worst hotel and booking experience I have ever had.
