Room too small and loud (street), overpriced

Okay, I don't need a big room, but this one was way too small for 2 normal sized people. We were really disappointed given the reviews we read before. You could not even place ONE small carry-on on the floor. Our room had a balcony and there was a very busy street. We had to close the windows and blinds and place ear plugs to sleep. The AC did not go below 22 degrees and it was too hot at night. The healthy sleeping temperature is between 17-18 degrees. They also charged us 8 Euro for parking, which should be included in the room price as there is no problem on the property itself. This we felt is unfair. We did not choose the breakfast option. In the bathroom the toilet flushing cover came loose and fell to the floor without being touched... and one of the towel shelves above the toilet also fell down when taking a towel. This is just over the top "we are eco-friendly", some things were just laughable. We would not stay again.

Le matelas est neuf mais le lit a grincĂ© toute la nuit au moindre petit mouvement en plus d’ĂȘtre un lit en 140 Le sol de la salle de bain Ă©tait sale plein de sable, de poils, j’ai mĂȘme trouvĂ© des perles. Hotel bruyant, voitures et motos qui passent en plus du bruit des autres personnes dans les couloirs. Avantage vous ĂȘtes en face de la mer le personnel est trĂšs sympathique. Par contre un peu trop de message sur l’économie d’eau

Das Hotel ist sehr sĂŒĂŸ mit sehr nettem Personal. Empfehlenswert ist das FrĂŒhstĂŒck mit biologischen Produkten und selbst gebackenen verschiedenen Kuchen. Etwas Salziges wĂ€re noch toll, aber man hat reichlich Auswahl, sogar sebst zubereiteten Joghurt! Selbst der Parkplatz mit KrĂ€utern und essbaren Planzen ist nett gestaltet. Der einzige Minuspunkt fĂŒr mich war, dass sich das Bad nicht mit einer richtigen TĂŒr verschließen lĂ€sst und man manchmal die Flugzeuge vom nahe gelegenen kleinen Flughafen hört.

Je vous déconseille cet établissement...

La proximité de la route et de l'aéroport vois assurera une nuit courte et agitée. La chambre est assez exiguë, et la literie n'est pas de trÚs bonne qualité. Le prix de la chambre et du petit déjeuner sont bien trop élevés comparer aux prestations. Je ne reviendrai pas et je ne vous conseille pas cet etablissement.

Ma conjointe et moi de la ville de QuĂ©bec, avons passĂ© deux merveilleuses nuits Ă  l'hĂŽtel Almanarre. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© accueillis trĂšs chaleureusement par les deux employĂ©es prĂ©sentes sur place. Elles ont rĂ©pondu Ă  tous nos besoins et nous ont donnĂ© beaucoup de suggestions Ă  propos des restaurants et des activitĂ©s possible Ă  faire dans ce beau coin de pays. L’hĂŽtel date de 1960 et l’isolation phonique aussi : si vous ne comptez pas les moutons, vous comptez les voitures trĂšs nombreuses la nuit ( sĂ»rement bien pire en saison). Les meubles sont soit de rĂ©cupĂ©ration soit faits maison: tables de nuit dont le plateau est une vague dĂ©coupe de panneau isorel et le socle cachĂ© par un morceau de tissu imprimĂ© carte du monde, bureau ex table de cuisine au mieux seconde main IKEA, literie digne d’une banquette clic clac avec un molleton bien plastifiĂ© qui permet de mijoter dans son jus de sueur, mini coussin recouvert de toiles de voile dĂ©coupĂ©e qui aident Ă  bien transpirer; bref un decor emmaus pour 150 euros la nuit; si vous payez en plus les petits dĂ©jeuners, vous pouvez choisir votre table : rouleau de cĂąbles tĂ©lĂ©phoniques, bidon de chantier ou planche Ă  voile dĂ©sossĂ©e: un tout petit mieux que la dĂ©charge publique
 vous ĂȘtes dans le monde du recyclage tous azimuts Ă  fond l’écologie mais au prix des 3etoiles. Dommage, car la vue est superbe, l’accuei et la cuisine faite maison( bio of course) tout Ă  fait respectable. Pour rester Ă©colo on vous dressera un bilan carbone et comme vous ĂȘtes touriste en voiture de location (7 euros le parking en plein air) et que vous avez pris l’avion, on vous proposera de participer financiĂšrement Ă  un projet Ă©colo pour annuler votre trace carbone
 bon le proprio avoue garder son vieux diesel tant qu’il roule
.si vous ĂȘtes Ă  fond pour l’écologie payante, c’est ce qu’il vous faut. Sinon, Ă©vitez absolument
