The room service was bad. they forget to fill toilet tissues, coffee, tea , sugar, etc. i needed to keep calling them. the magnetic rooms keys do not work very often. i rented three rooms for three nights for all my family members. all rooms had the same problem, the keys did. not work. the food is not that great, however the break fast was good a lot of options.
poor maintenance.
I had specifically asked for non smoking floor and a king bed. Both conditions not fulfilled and no message from them saying it's not possible. I was checking in at 10.15pm and obviously very tired so I urged then to aleast give me non smoking floor. Their smoking floor reeked of lingering smoke and tobacco smell. They said we don't necessarily follow or paid heed to requests which come from guests via booking portals. Found it strange. Anyways I didn't get the room of my choice and compromised.
The next morning was bathroom disaster with drain blockage and flooding of the entire bathroom floor. The housekeeping apparently knew about it when I asked them to clean it.
Overall a very disappointing stay.
It’s worst experience staying at this hotel.
I checked out one day before in my earlier stay.
Which was not compensated and check out procedures was not followed as per standards.
I have reported my shoes are missing from my room, cleaning staff while cleaning they would have taken as garbage or other intentions I have no idea. They promised that they will be finding the item as soon as possible until now there is no response.
Where you can see irregular staff , don’t know how to manage and there is no sign of customer satisfaction at all.
They don’t respond and don’t care about anything.
Supper Clean place with Excellent staff .. at the front desk (Metha , Fransis, Varsha , Bhavya just to mention a few ), house keeping (Vijay , Naga Joyhji), room service ... they have always been receiving me with a smile... very accommodative with all my requests .. the gym is highly safe esp Raja makes sure its sanatized ..will definitely come back here ..
Need to be upgraded . We were very happy with Radisson in Chennai , but very displeased with Hyderabad branch .

the house keeping staff are so obedient and are always on time . Mr Vijay and Mr Kamal who are the house keeping staff have done really a good standard services through out my stay.

Pros - location is quiet. Nice entrance and lobby. Spacious rooms . Complementary car service to GVK mall
Cons - definitely not 5*. Room was dated. Bathroom dated with dirty bath. Towels were threadbare .
Service not 5 * either. We had booked for 3 people. Room was only set up for 2 people. When we asked for extra cups and water this was questioned. Extra towels and bed were provided quickly. But on day 2 again they only left toweling for 2! There was no air con in bathroom despite asking this to be looked at no action was taken

It was OK Stay but the rooms was not Good in the sense that it was too big room but light was very less. Only 2 people can sleep. 3rd person is claimed to be sleep as per website but can't sleep w/o an Extra bed.Expensive stay considering the price I paid.

The AC in the room needs immediate service as cooling was bad... I started sweating in middle of the night ... Although the temperature was set on 19 degrees. Room needs renovation as the furniture looks pretty old..

Staff are very caring. Give attention to concerns and welcoming.
Their too much kindness taken advantage by guests who don't follow rules such as no smoking. It cause inconvenience to other guests. They should enforce non smoking rules in the rooms and hallways.

Not satisfied at all
Very unhappy with airport pick up service : they came 30 mn late ,had a very bad car ,no mineral water no tissue and 3 times more expensive than a prepaid cab
Also no complimemtary fruit plater unlike all other major 5 stars hotels in India
Breads and croissants at breakfast are very average quality : the baker should get lessons from french or german baker
Female staff at the reception should learn how to smile and grant guests
Beside that male staff are friendly and airport drop was correct ( nice car nice driver but still no mineral water and no tissue unlike most 5 stars hotel cars)
Value for money not so great too

Staff friendly courteous, good service - nice pool and gym and lobby - large spacious rooms family friendly .
Little musky odor in the rooms section and cleanliness and upkeep of rooms maybe 4 not 5 on 5,overall good experience.

The hotel does not deserve a 3 star status, the location the carpets, walls, rooms, drainage were all poor. Not sure why this is coming up as one of the premier hotels. I hear that this is a lower end version of Radisson. Would have helped to know this before booking

We stayed for 4 nights for a single trip with friends and this hotel is no where close to Radisson Blu standards. Carpets are stained, Mattresses are dirty, curtains are old, bathrooms have visible signs of decay.
We had triple occupancy and roll-away beds have been terrible - it took us 2 rooms and 3 beds to find a solution that was acceptable given that we had FULLY NON-REFUNDABLE booking.
