"My check in was extremely smooth, Front desk Merina made it very easy, and I felt very welcome. Also check out was easy, receptionist made it smooth. This is the 2nd time to stay at this hotel, will go back again. Breakfast was good. "

Did not use bar grill restaurant for food, only for drinks, pricey but no different to other airport hotels. Shampoo and shower gel attached to wall in large dispensers, no complimentary tooth paste. Would use again but shop around for best price."

"Multiple faults located in my room which photographic evidence has been obtained cleaning should have been much better than what I found the room in I had to be moved into another room on another level there was constant knocking and banging from fellow neighbours totally disgusting and disgraceful I will not be booking with you again "

"I had a twin room which was spacious and clean with a large sized TV. Minor downsides were not all the USB sockets worked, the air-conditioning was on the noisy side but didn't stop me sleeping and some stains on the carpet and a chair make it look dirty but it was in fact very clean."
