Steps to the beach with an ocean view,

  • This cottage is in a great location for walking the beach, dining, shopping or just relaxing! Walk to Sea St. Beach and Keyes beach which is only120 steps from your door. This two-bedroom cottage can sleep 6 and is the perfect vacation spot. All Bed linens and Bath Towels are included. Enjoy the lovely ocean views and breathtaking sunsets from your deck. Our cottage is great for children of all ages. So close to the beach, you can hear the waves. The cottage features AC throughout, LED TVs in living and bedrooms, Blue ray DVD player, Strong WI-FI signal, and a fully equipped kitchen with a standard coffee maker. Sleeps 6 on 1 king, 2 twins and 1 queen pull-out sleeper sofa. The beach is perfect for children. It is a sandy beach, calm waters, warm temps and is rarely crowded. There is a pool onsite which is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Hours may change at any given notice pending weather or employee availability. There are many restaurants and shopping within one mile from the cottage. Take a day trip to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket via the Ferry that is very close by. The cottage is located centrally on Cape Cod and is the perfect location for day trips to anywhere on the Cape including Provincetown. Sorry! No Pets..

Our stay was fabulous, the cottage was extremely clean and comfortable. It was a very nice walk to all the restaurants and shops. Hyannis had many wonderful restaurants and very easy to get around Cape Cod via car to visit the various towns.

Great location - it is, in fact, steps to the ocean. Beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Super clean and cute property. Perfectly located - stroll downtown Hyannis, take a short drive to other scenic towns on the Cape, then relax and get a quick sunburn on the beach. Highly recommend. Already planning to go back!

I wish I could’ve stayed here the entire summer. It is a little cottage that is cozy and so well appointed and had absolutely everything we needed. They even had kid dvds which was a fun thing for our kids to discover and they loved having their own twin beds. The beach is literally a stones throw away and you can see it if sitting on the porch. the only downside of this cottage was that we only had 2 days here. This little cottage on a street that dead ends at a quiet beautiful beach made me want to move here. The owners truly have thought of everything to make you comfortable and were so kind to work with. we would definitely rent again

A Perfect Cape Cod Vacation Location

I can't even imagine a more perfect location, a more adorable cottage, and a more responsive owner. We spent a week and visited up and down the coast, hitting the high spots knowing we had a clean, comfortable vacation rental waiting. I would love to return someday!

Cute Cottage Close to the Beach

We had a wonderful time staying in Hyannis off season (April vacation for CT, but not for MA)! The host provided us with everything we needed and the location can't be beat! It's in a very walkable area, close to Main Street and the beach! We would love to come back again in the warmer weather!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. Tom was a great communicator and everything was just as it was described. The house was cute, well-taken care of and perfect for our weekend away. Wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved our stay at Tom’s place at the Breakwaters! Extremely clean, fantastic location, comfortable beds and it was equipped with everything we needed for a beautiful week on the Cape with our 2 girls (6 and 8). We have stayed at Breakwaters for several years and this was another wonderful experience! Will definitely be back!

What a magical little place. The location can’t be beat. Steps to the beach! We loved the pool, too. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Tom is a great host - super responsive to any issues or needs. Perfect for a couple or a small family.

Nice comfy place to stay near the beach!

This was a very nice, clean and comfortable place for my sister and I to stay to enjoy the Cape Cod experience We had a great stay here! It was drivable in day trips to all of the activities we wanted to do! (Nantucket, Marthas Vineyard, lighthouses, Ptown, etc.). Highly recommend!

Beautiful stay

Tom’s cottage was very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. It was very convenient to get to the beach as well as easy access to good restaurants. Tom was very communicative and we experienced a stress-free, easy long weekend. Would definitely recommend this place and would go back.

We love the beach in winter!

To stay a block from the beach and look out the window at the water is the ultimate vacation! Even in winter this place is warm and inviting! The hosts are caring and communicative - just the best! This cottage lets you do just that

Cozy cottage

Great location! Beautiful Beach. Great view of ocean from deck. Short walk to town for shops and restaurants. Perfect getaway, could not have asked for a more perfect vacation. Hosts were fantastic, checked in to make sure we arrived and that we had everything we needed.
