This cottage is in a great location for walking the beach, dining, shopping or just relaxing! Walk to Sea St. Beach and Keyes beach which is only120 steps from your door. This two-bedroom cottage can sleep 6 and is the perfect vacation spot. All Bed linens and Bath Towels are included. Enjoy the lovely ocean views and breathtaking sunsets from your deck. Our cottage is great for children of all ages. So close to the beach, you can hear the waves. The cottage features AC throughout, LED TVs in living and bedrooms, Blue ray DVD player, Strong WI-FI signal, and a fully equipped kitchen with a standard coffee maker. Sleeps 6 on 1 king, 2 twins and 1 queen pull-out sleeper sofa. The beach is perfect for children. It is a sandy beach, calm waters, warm temps and is rarely crowded. There is a pool onsite which is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Hours may change at any given notice pending weather or employee availability. There are many restaurants and shopping within one mile from the cottage. Take a day trip to Martha's Vineyard or Nantucket via the Ferry that is very close by. The cottage is located centrally on Cape Cod and is the perfect location for day trips to anywhere on the Cape including Provincetown. Sorry! No Pets..

This was a very nice, clean and comfortable place for my sister and I to stay to enjoy the Cape Cod experience We had a great stay here! It was drivable in day trips to all of the activities we wanted to do! (Nantucket, Marthas Vineyard, lighthouses, Ptown, etc.). Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at toms place. Right across from the beach on the bay side which happens to be perfect for little kids. Very close to Main Street by all the restaurants and shopping. Perfect for a family of four.

Juxtaposition to the beach is unparalleled. The cottage was immaculate and very comfortable- quintessential Cape Cod feel. The beds were very comfortable and clean. Communication with the owner was very easy and they are wonderful hosts. We will recommend this cottage to everyone we know and see out opportunities in the future to stay here again!

Tom’s cottage was very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. It was very convenient to get to the beach as well as easy access to good restaurants. Tom was very communicative and we experienced a stress-free, easy long weekend. Would definitely recommend this place and would go back.

We vacationed here for a week with our two kids 5 and 7 years old and it was perfect. Quick walk to the beach, perfect size, nice and clean. The beach chairs and beach towels were a nice bonus, other than that a quick trip to the grocery store for food and it had all that we needed!

My husband and I stayed here for one full week with our 3 and 8 year old girls and it was perfect. Kitchen is a lil small but the full sized fridge and the rest of the amenities made up for it. The beach is really sweet and the pool made the kids so happy. Perfect 1 mile walk from Main Street that we did almost every day and about same distance to the harbour front. We will be back next year!

The place was spotlessly clean, with plenty of room. Easy to understand directions on how to use all the available things that were included. Super nice safe location, walking distance to the water and main street. Would definitely stay there again !!!

Great location! Beautiful Beach. Great view of ocean from deck. Short walk to town for shops and restaurants. Perfect getaway, could not have asked for a more perfect vacation. Hosts were fantastic, checked in to make sure we arrived and that we had everything we needed.
