The staff was helpful and friendly The room was clean and tidy when we returned in the evening I would recommend breakfast to have maybe some hard boiled eggs and the pastries being fresh like from Coscos rather than packaged and processed We stayed for 3 nights and didn’t eat the food because of this

I’ve never had such a wonderful stay at a family-oriented hotel like this one.From check-in to room service, every staff member was incredibly kind, attentive, and understanding. My parents, who were visiting from Europe and do not speak English, were treated with such warmth and patience. The team went above and beyond to communicate with them and make sure they felt comfortable at all time….it meant so much to us. The hotel itself was spotless, and the pool and amenities were fantastic. Everything about our stay felt welcoming and thoughtfully cared for. Thank you for making our family vacation so special.
