If you are going to a concert at the Cape Cod Melody Tent this is a great place to stay. The venue is an easy flat walk at .4 mile and it is right on Main Street so there are restaurants and stores within walking distance.

Hair in the shower upon checking in; nice, clean pool; not enough towels…but did get some the next day; great location for eating and grabbing the ferry; have to get into the shower to turn it on so make sure the shower head is pointed all the way down unless you like a cold shower and don’t mind waiting for the water to heat up. This hotel served its purpose - Average.

The room was fairly clean, but the property itself was not well maintained. The hallways had trash on the carpet and did not look vacuumed. The parking lot and walking areas had trash on the ground. The staff was nice, and the pool was nice.

I initially chose this because of its location Main Street where everything is happening with local businesses. It definitely served that purpose. The positives about the room was the bed was extremely comfortable, the bedding and towels were clean. The negatives for me were the Hot tub in room was not maintained and didn’t work properly, the shower was bit a drizzle when in use, the door did not adequately secure and the top lock latch mechanism was not there. The Hotel is extremely old, and the room was clean but just looked like it could need simple facelifts. If I would return to the same area in the future I would shop around more on nearby areas I could stay.

Hotel could use a huge renovation. Had no way of getting into the pool. They need to make the parking lot just for hotel guests only. Bed was comfortable and jacuzzi was very nice. However, staff service was terrible. Only two staff members available. The front desk person is never present and when it was time to check out, he was gone and didn’t give clear instructions about check out procedures. It was ok for a quick weekend, but I’d rather stay somewhere else.

The first room we were given hadn’t been cleaned. I tried calling the front desk but no one answered so I left the room to go back to the front desk across the parking lot. I saw the front desk agent also walking into the lobby and let him know he gave us a dirty room. He didn’t say a word to me just walked in went behind the desk canceled my keys then got a clipboard and reissued a different room. No apologies, literally no words except room #. I know he speaks English because he told a coworker “not cleaned” The room we got was awesome, same what we paid for, just cleaned. Love that the hot tub is separate from the bathroom and bedroom. Lots of parking close to everything
