We loved the location as we were able to explore downtown Hyannis and we were close to the harbor. The breakfast choices were very good and staff was helpful in getting my daughter's oatmeal set. Hot tub was wonderful after a day walking on Nantucket!

The place was clean, staff friendly. Indoor and outdoor pool and hotter. Did not use, but they were clean. The free breakfast was waffles, cereal, scrambled eggs and sausage, toast. I had the waffles- good. The bed was comfy, balcony had 2 chairs. The room was nothing special. -it was good place to stay. Location was great. Every place we went to was maybe 5 minutes away. The longest ride was to the TreeHouse Brewery. I would stay again. Reasonable. Stayed for 3 nights.

Inexpensive for the area. Short walk, about 10-15 minutes, to ferry terminal. Ate at Spanky’s and lobster roll was overloaded with lobster. Room was large, bed comfortable, and shower pressure good. Didn’t use pool but it looked inviting. Continental breakfast in morning with hot scrambled eggs and sausage patties. I would stay there again in the future. Parking onsite too.

Breakfast was a joke. We arrived at 9am for breakfast and everything was empty. It took over 40 minutes to get "some" food, The second morning was a little better but same food at every hotel we stopped at. No variety! Room was rather small. Hot tub was good, pool was average. The walks to the rooms were very long and difficult for someone with a cane. Parking was also a mess!

Well appointed lodging with very friendly and attentive staff. Perfect central location with easy walk to many local sights as well as convenient access to ferry terminal.
