"We stayed for two nights. There was no housekeeping service during our stay. We were back to our room at 5:30 and called the front desk twice and received the reservation computerized mainline both times after no one answered. We also called the housekeeping line. Same result. The breakfast opened at 6:00 and by 6:10, they were out of coffee, plates, silverware and various food items. We will not stay here again."

"Tucked away in the center of Zion village, this hotel was perfect for our family of 4 as our first stop along our road trip though Utah & Arizona. The staff were super polite and great during our stay. Our kids loved the view of the mountains behind us and the heated pool & hot tub was a family favorite! "

"The hotel is very beautiful. You can tell they have had an upgrade. Everything is newly remodeled. The pool was a big hit with My Kids. Super fun to have fountain. However, the hot tub smell like a wet dog. It was so disgusting. We couldn’t even stand to sit in it. The lighting can use some upgrade, even with all the lights on it still felt dark in the room and after paying $600 for a room to stare at a picnic bench and a overhang from the top floor kind of feels overpriced"
