It’s very continent to go to anywhere in the small city Springdale. The staff is very friendly, and the pool has a very nice Mountain View. Very great value for the price. Ignore the bad reviews saying it’s a construction site. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the pool is safe and clean. The newly renovated rooms are super clean and well appointed. They no longer has complimentary breakfast which was to be part of our package. We were told to get a refund of $10 pp per day from Expedia? There was no ice machine available. Be prepared for difficult parking. The beds and pillows in the room where very comfortable. Bathroom looked to be recently updated and was very nice . There is no hospitality to be found. The AC keeps blowing, no desk, uncomfortable seating, and the whole feel is staying at your roomate's apartment who has no style. It's not all bad, service was good in a sense. Pricing is cheap, and because of the locaiton, you can't go wrong. I would not stay at this place again.
