The staff were extremely kind and helpful, food was delicious, and the tents were extraordinarily beautiful and clean. And the VIEWS!!! Unbelievable. We loaded the car with our belongings - all but one bag left on the bed - went for breakfast before checking out. When we got back - the bag was gone. Quite upsetting. After speaking with 2 staff members - it was found to be at the office. They thought the bag was left behind - but we hadn't checked out yet!
