    "Everything was wonderful! Perfect location for the Old Quarter. Hotel was very nice and breakfast was delicious and convenient. Normally I do not interact much with staff, but the staff here went above and beyond. Staff was very attentive assisting us with day tours as well as communicating with our Grab drivers to get us to where we needed to be. I want to thank Anna, Dana, Frank, Tom and the wonderful bar and kitchen staff for making our stay in Hanoi absolutely wonderful."
