"Stayed here and got to visit friends. We were able to meet in the game room and played pool which was really nice. The staff there was very nice and helped if we had any issues. We were able to watch the trains come in and out of the station. Pretty cool"

"The rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was very hot and humid outside, but the AC and ceiling fans kept up well. The host answered questions quickly. We had rain (and lots of it) every day but our last, but had a good time anyway; making use of the game room, large dining areas for other games, and the pond for fishing and kayaking between storms. The kitchen was well equipped and bedding and towels were very nice."

"This house was perfect for my family to stay in. Our family was having a reunion in Thousand Hills State Park and this was just a short drive away. I SO appreciated that there were a few little toys for my kids to play with. The house had everything we needed and was very clean. Would definitely recommend! "

"Dont let the exterior fool you, this is a Cozy cabin. My daughter and I visited friends in Kirksville, this wasa great place to rest our heads. We slept like babies The host is amazing, they truly are great hosts. We will definitely stay there next year. "

"This is a great house if you’re visiting either university in town. 3 to 5 minutes from either one. It was clean, well appointed, and nicely decorated! Highly recommend! My only suggestion would be mirrors in the bedrooms for multiple people getting ready at the same time"

"The cabin was a great get away from the town. Very remote and peaceful cabin. Very clean. Could have used some brighter lighting. It was difficult to play games at the kitchen table after sunset. Thank you!!!"

"This "Little Blue Cottage" is wonderful--so much so that after our first stay in June, we re-booked in July on our trip back home. Tastefully decorated with all the creature comforts. Kitchen is great with a nice Keurig coffee maker with pods and creamers. Erica has done an excellent job managing this. She was always available for my questions and was great getting back to me. Next time we are in Kirksville, we will book our trip around the availability of this cottage!!"
