Great place to spend time with friends. The living room seating arrangement was perfect for catching up. Very clean and linens were nice. The only down side to the property was a lot of light from outside lights came in through doors and windows. So if you need a dark room for sleeping, bring eye masks! Mexican restaurant next door was very good.

Excellent! Visiting family in Kirksville and saw this new listing on Expedia. Very spacious and next to a hotel where we have access to all of their amenities, including the indoor pool, breakfast, pool table, etc. Definitely going to stay here or at the hotel next time - highly recommend!!

La Plata Winter hunting Trip

Very nice, clean, quite and comfortable. Only thing missing was a few minor items such as drinking glasses, dish towels and a few utensil but wasn't a big deal. Close to a good Mexican Restaurant, convenient store and Dollar General for all other needs.

Great place to stay for the money. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The only issue I had was parking and access to the rental. You have to park in an adjacent hotel parking lot and walk across a pathway to get to the door. This is fine for most folks but if you have physical limitations, this place may not be for you.
