About this property

Waterfront Family Lake House with Gameroom

  • Waterfront lake house on a deep water canal located on a branch of Lake Livingston. Watch the sun rise over the lake, hang out in the gameroom, fish from the dock, kayak, float in our peaceful canal, or bring your boat and tie off at our dock in this family friendly place.

    Enjoy meals in the large dining room in an indoor atrium with a fiberglass top. Relax by the fire pit, kayak in the canal, play cornhole, compete at family friendly arcade games, play foosball, air hockey, skee-ball, or board games.

    Fish or swim from our dock. The community boat launch is one block away. Froggy Winery is nearby, as is Huntsville State Park and the prison museum. There are restaurants within 5 miles of the house - Daisy’s Diner (great home style food!), Frank’s Cafe & Taco Station (great tacos!), and Tallent Sausage (great BBQ and also has a meat market and grocery section).
