We enjoyed the fun theme and excellent facilities.

Stayed here for New year and it was lovely. Fanstatic helpful staff and dining options were great with the west hq across the hotel. Was slightly out of the city centre but wasnt a problem. We just travelled by train in to sydeny harbout. All in all great hotel and experience. Recommend if you want soemthing outsode of the ciry area that includes entertainment including bowling, gaming and restaurants.

The remoteness is not in anyway a comment on the great hospitality experienced front the entire Mercure staff. This was my home away from home for almost 4weeks and I greatly enjoyed my stay. The room was a key reason for selecting; the hotel over a closer I is offering; very spacious with a huge wardrobe, big bathroom and walk in shower. We are looking to buy a home and decided to look in The Hills area. Our accommodation was well situated to go to lots of different areas. The staff were friendly and rooms very clean

This apartment was extremely clean and well appointed. I was on the 9th floor with a balcony(table and 2 chairs).Apart from a large wetroom and bedroom the large lounge had dining area, sitting area and complete kitchen .Equipment included a dishwasher ,microwave and hob with an enclosed laundry area.

I spent 2 nights here on a leisure break. I was most impressed with the facilities and the staff who were always helpful. On one occasion I needed some help with the TVs remote and the receptionist helped me immediately .

Great staff and ideally located for my meetings in Norwest Business Park

We opted to stay here mainly for the commanding view this hotel has over the bridge and opera house and from that perspective it didn’t disappoint Had a better view than the bar on 36th floor / where the drinks were reasonably priced surprisingly. Great location to walk to circular quay and recommend the .Brew co nearby got breakfast (always prefer to out of hotels if possible)

The hotel itself was excellent. The room and staff were great. There were one or two problems, but these were quickly resolved by staff. However the hotel is a long way from Central Sydney and 15 minutes walk from the nearest station through a strange area of greater Sydney. Therefore I would particularly recommend the hotel if you have your own transport. (And of course a hotel of a similar standard closer to the centre of Sydney would be far more expensive - and a similarly cheap hotel in the...

The Hotel is a lovely 5 star. We had a lovely meal in the restaurant and also the breakfast. There is parking and a lift up to reception.
