The house is older and has plenty of charm and character. We traveled with 8 people all together and the house had plenty of room for all. House was really clean and comfortable and the kitchen was definitely the gathering area! Our hosts Shawn and Melinda were amazing from the start, answering questions about the driveway being big enough for our 24’ boat which it most certainly was, and if they had chairs for the fire pit which there was plenty and the fire pit is definitely large. The location was great, centered right in the middle part of the lake, seven points boat launch is 8 minutes over the mountain and aitch boat launch was exactly the same distance down raystown rd, Snyders boat launch is about 20 minutes or so. The house was spotless when we got there and it surpassed all our expectations. The home owners were extremely friendly and very easy to communicate with. It is in the middle of every we like to go when visting in the area. The owners stayed in touch with us during our stay and answer any questions we had. The house was well stocked and plenty of room for the 8 of us. Very clean. Our favorite part of the property was the veiw outback and the kids loved the loft area upstairs. The location fit us perfectly. Close to the Allegrippis trails for mountain biking , close to the Seven Points Marina for boating and swimming, and close to Aitch for fishing and kayaking. The house is clean, stocked with everything you need. Clean sheets, towels and paper products were also provided. It was such a pleasure to cook in the kitchen. We cooked out on the grill outback and spotted deer down below. The owners even brought their corn hole game over for us to play. Melinda and Shawn were wonderful hosts. They made us feel right at home and were so quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely be returning to our home away from home ♥️ ##### Gail M.
