Situated on the Peddar’s Way, a popular walking and cycling route, and overlooks open fields. Seaside resort of Hunstanton, 4 miles. Bird reserve at Holme Next the Sea, 3 miles. Golf and fishing nearby. Shops, restaurant and pub 1/4 mile.
