"Had a great 5 night stay at Baybreak. It is really lovely Tastefully decorated, comfortable. Well equipped and in a great location on the site and for exploring Filey and the surrounding areas. I Would definitely stay here again and will recommend this property to My family and friends! One little issue was the patio, table and chairs were full of bird poo. I contacted anchor bay holidays who arranged for the patio all chairs and table to be jet washed the next day by the resort maintenance. The customer service received from Anthony was superb! responding promptly to my issue and updating same day, resolving the issue the next morning."

"We had a fantastic stay at Shell Cottage, Bay Filey. Close to amenities, Scarborough, Filey and Bridlington which were all lovely to visit and it was a bonus the weather was on our side! The only downsides to our stay were the cutlery (the large knives were unusable due to being blunt), the lack of toilet roll provided for a 4-night stay and the creaking of the floor boards on the stairs and bedrooms. Apart from those things, we had an amazing stay and would stay again if we are visiting Filey. The key safe was very easy to use and all details on arrival and departure were useful and very detailed."

"Disappointing. Grime on the skirting boards, bed frame was grubby, radiators rusty, few other minor issues. Apartment was tired looking and grubby. The Bay resort generally was clean and the bed linen was immaculate 🙂 I would rate my stay 7/10"

"We loved our short stay at the Bay Dream. Clean, comfortable home, well equipped and ideal for a young family. Only one slight negative was the state of the duvet in one of the bedrooms. It really could do with replacing. Otherwise our stay at Bay Dream was a lovely, refreshing break."
