Viele aufgeschobene Wartungsarbeiten. Das Badezimmer muss dringend ersetzt werden. Die Fliesen lösen sich von der Wand. Die Betten sind furchtbar schlecht und das gilt insbesondere für das erste Schlafzimmer nach der Küche. Das Haus befindet sich in einer wunderschönen Lage und verdient es, in seinem vollen Glanz wiederhergestellt zu werden.
