"The hotel was easy to find and had adequate parking. The facility was clean. Sonesta - you need to bump up your game with your free breakfast. It was extremely lacking! No options for those who eat a low carb diet. Your yogurt bar advertises as healthy but your nutrition facts show otherwise - 19g of sugar in one serving and a pitiful 5g of protein. You can do better! "

"Your restaurant sucks. Had dinner then night we arrived ordered a burger “well done” came medium pink in the middle, waitress was told of the 1st problem. Tried to correct by Senting back and came back dry and cold. Didn’t talk with Manager. Our waitress said she would let the manager know.the manager. Told her to give us 1/2 the cost off the burger. The cost was over $21.00 for the burger and chips. After sitting there with our friends already had their meal served,eaten and plates removed and 2 1/2 hours later with a cold nasty burger and chips tried to eat but couldn’t. For anyone staying at this hotel “Don’t eat in the restaurant” go outside the hotel and or order though a delivery service."

"The room was very nasty and had roaches everywhere especially at night time the carpet was terrible the furniture was beat up and terrible also I like to get my money back or some of my money"

"I was out all day to come in and see the cleaning staff didn't refresh my room, no clean linens, towels and rooms not freshen up. Lovely place beautiful but that's the only upset."
