"I liked the air conditioner working properly, staff were helpful. We stayed for 4 nights, during this time they did not pick up the garbage or clean the room. Guest has to put the garbage outside the room. The exhaust fan in the bathroom was extremely noise. It needs to be replaced asap. The electric power outlet in the bathroom was completely loose. We could not plug any appliance. Breakfast was very poor. Parking excellent, plenty of parking. Location is convenient to stores, restaurants and Columbus downtown."

"The worst part was the heat inside the hotel. While the rooms were cool to cold it must have been 90 degrees in the hallways and elevator! When we checked in we were not told anything about daily breakfast and that with groups all we had to do was get a voucher at the front desk in the morning. Housekeeping was lax also! Many people were complaining about the room not being cleaned. We called front desk! We had left at 8 am to go out and when we returned room had not been attended too st 3 pm. They did send someone to clean room . No coffee cups left for in room coffee. No updated coffee and creamers either. Opened creamer and it was old. My wife tried to have tea but it was too weak!"

"Shame on me! Upon arrival, I wasn't aware this was an extended stay location. It's fine, but is a different sort of location than not. Neighbors in a room immediately next to mine must have had a lot of reasons to celebrate as they thought starting a party at midnight through 4 AM was a great idea. Being woken up every 15-20 minutes throughout the night was far less than ideal for a night's stay. The phone in my room did not work, and I didn't bother getting dressed to walk through the party zone in the hallway spilling out of room 312. So, I turned on some sleep sounds and tried to find some sleep. When I checked out the next morning, I asked if they were aware of any complaints from the rager in room 312, I got crickets. I won't ever be returning to any Candlewood Extended Stay location."

Reviews were inaccurate and this neighborhood in Columbus is not a safe area to stay."
