We stayed here for my brothers turning green ceremony. House was in a great location, close to base and downtown, absolutely gorgeous house with tons of amenities. We used the kitchen to cook, and hung around the fire pit at night! Fantastic stay!

Bibb City Mill House- Perfect for our Trip!

Great, quaint home in quiet neighborhood. Great proximity to Columbus (city, restaurants, riverwalk etc) about 2.5 miles. We were there to visit and celebrate our son's elevation to soldier at Fort Benning. The house was a convenient 7 miles from the Fort and offered the peace, quiet and comfort he most coveted post basic training.

It is great getting together with family and your soldier

The house was perfect—clean and well-stocked, with a great kitchen for great meals, rooms that were so nice, and a cute restroom. My son needed some good rest and enjoyed every bit. We loved the backyard with our dog, grilling and chilling. The owner was quick to answer every question. I highly recommend this house.

Our experience at the Bibb City Mill House was an awesome experience, the home was immaculate and the home has a lot of high end materials in the home, such as the shower, kitchen, stove, fridge, dish washer, laundry equipment and it very much exceeded our expectations. Far as the neighborhood not too familiar with a lot of GA neighborhoods, however this neighborhood was very quiet and there is stores in the area. The owner was very pleasant and checked in with us to ensure our stay was what we expected. Thank you to the cleaning staff and any other staff that helps to upkeep this home. We will return and this will be the first choice we make if available. Thank you, Pross Family

Turning Green Ceremony

We booked this home for our son’s Turning Green ceremony. The house is about 15 minutes away from the base with easy access to restaurants and grocery stores near by; Walmart is 5 minutes away!! Our party included myself, my husband, our two daughters, 11 & 12, our family dog, and our son. Everyone had plenty of room and all their needs were met during our stay. From the location of the house, you are able to walk to the river walk. This came in handy with our dog and young children. I cooked our Thanksgiving dinner during our stay and I lacked for nothing! I did bring a variety of tin foil pans/trays. If you are planning to cook and you have a family of 5 or less, you should be good with what is provided in the fully stocked kitchen. If you will be cooking a Thanksgiving-like meal, I’d suggest you bring some throw away tin foil pans/trays. All appliances are top of the line and new. Not too techy for the average Joe to figure out how to use. The double oven was a super plus!! Our host, Harvey, was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Harvey went above and beyond to accommodate our “extra needs” during our visit. I could not have asked for a better host! Side note. The beds are firm to medium and the bedding/pillows are so soft and cozy! High quality bedding and fabric! The water pressure in the shower is phenomenal!! 5 star rating on the shower water pressure!!! The claw tub fit my 6’1” husband without a problem. The claw tub is full size and is a plus!!
