Absolutely excellent hotel. Staff was amazing, entire place was clean, the room was very nice, bed was super comfortable and breakfast was hot and tasty. I work for a privately owned Inn so I'm very keen at finding imperfections, there was not one thing worth mentioning. Totally blown away by this little gem of a hotel! Literally not willing to stay anywhere else in Columbus from now on LOL. Thank you all so much for maintaining such high standards, it made our night here much more relaxing and enjoyable!!

I was very disappointed with my stay. The hotel is run down and poorly managed. There was no conditioner provided in the shower, and staff were rarely available. I was also told there was no housekeeping, which is unacceptable for a hotel stay. After flying all night, I was charged an additional $50 for early check-in, despite rooms clearly being available. To make matters worse, my security deposit was taken over a small amount of blood on the sheets — something that is normal wear-and-tear and easily laundered, not damage. Between the lack of basic amenities, absent staff, extra fees, and unfair deposit charge, this hotel felt more interested in nickel-and-diming guests than providing proper service. I would not stay here again and would not recommend it.

Staff was nice and helpful. Room was clean. The bed was extremely hard though. And the pillows were "throw" size. Which was a bit strange. So those were very uncomfortable. The breakfast bar was lacking. That was disappointing because the only reason I chose this hotel was because the pictures provided on the website showed a nice breakfast. The bathroom was clean, but the hair Conditioner botte was empty. Otherwise, stay was ok.

I've stayed here a bunch of times in the past. Never had problems until this last time. Bed bugs stay away!!!! On top of that the guy that checked me in whom i think may be the owner or manager took a copy of my debit card for whatever reason. Which i totally disagreed with and got back from him before i walked off.

The hotel didn’t come close to the presentation that was displayed on line. Upon arrival I had to sit in the lobby and wait for someone to come to the front desk for 20min. The pool was filthy, dirt and leaves. They requested I pay an additional $100/rm deposit/ 2rms that I’m yet to receive back. Door key didn’t work, door knob broken. Must say that the breakfast was exceptionally good.

Some of the furniture in the room was broken. Could not get the TV to work, the remote was sticky. It said there was a kid pool, an arcade, an exercise room, there was none of this. My room said that there was a shower tub combo. It was just a stand-up shower. On all 3 floors, none of the icemaker worked. There was no hot breakfast. The muffin was stale. The cereal was stale. I went down at 7 o’clock for breakfast with my grandson. It was terrible. I asked for water they didn’t have any. I would definitely recommend finding someplace else to stay. The bed spread had stains all over it. Ann Ann was not neatly made.

The bathrooms could be cleaner. The room overall was not very clean. There was hair in the corners. This is one of the worst hotels I had to pay it in a long time. I will not be staying here again. And I will not recommend this to my employees of my company. Overall I would give this recommendation of this hotel a one.

The chair in the room was filthy and stained, like it hadn't been cleaned since it was put in the room. The shower head was not secured to the wall. All linens and garbage was gathered neatly for service, no spills left on surfaces, no smoking or pets were in the room, per deposit refund policy, and my deposit (which I have never had to put a deposit down at any hotel I have stayed at) still was not returned.

Beds and pillows very uncomfortable, beds swayed with every movement. Old school motel with sink in the main room. No soundproofing -- could hear the guy in the room next door showering and every groan, plus thin doors to main hall with an inch of open space under it. Furniture was stained and/or very careworn. Seemed like a stayover for truckers and construction workers is fine -- but if the hotel is $100 / night with many cheaper options, one expects a nice hotel room. Would avoid -- might as well hit the Motel 6.
