Huelva Province Holiday Packages

This hotel was just okay. Room was clean, but the amenities at this resort are seriously lacking. On Expedia it says that it has room service, but they actually do not. They also don’t even give you a bottle of water each day you stay, which I thought was strange. There were limited options in albufeira, and this one was still expensive. Not a bad place to stay at all, but just don’t expect it to be anything special.

Well appointed hotel on prominent site overlooking the Faro recreational boat harbour. First of all customer service attitude is number one for this hotel, all the staff have the focus and it shows in every aspect of their offering. The management of the team and above expectation experience by the hotel in its many flourishes are noticed; a rose offered to guests in the restaurant at breakfast, personalized checkin and welcome at arrival, water in the rooms, free upgrade and early checkin, live music accompanying buffet lunch and breakfast, above expectation meal inclusions and service for the included buffet breakfast, room cleaned mid afternoon because we chose to enjoy our balcony and view earlier in the day. The team is working hard to make this hotel an experience at a reasonable off season price and it shows. Well done. Best in class. A most enjoyable stay, we chose to enjoy the hotel amenities for our two day stay, very relaxed and rewarding. Clean room, modern feel, great location, no more could be asked.

Quiet place. Confortable with good space. Staff are nice. Location is ok but not great. If you come to Algarve and stay here you need a car to move around.

Liked: new, clean, modern amenities, friendly/helpful staff. Two good restaurants on site, in a pedestrian-only area. Disliked: be patient as this hotel is new and still working out kinks - minor. Difficult to find, no parking.

Nice rooms and pool. Checking in took ages as they could not find my reservation.
