Very helpful staff and well located near the river. Baggage storage and an earlier than expected check-in all helped.

Thai Binh Hotel 2
Lovely large room. Old fashioned like the city itself but very elegant, clean and comfy. Friendly staff. No problems at all and good value for money. Easy walking distance from the citadel ( about 10-15 mins) or main walking streets.
