"the 100$/night upgrade to the 7th gold floor is worth it if you are more then 1 person per room. it gives you access to the lounge area where they serve snacks/food/drinks available pretty much all day. one thing that should mentioned when staying here is they only have valet parking $45/day otherwise you have to find parking on the streets (free). the location is great, service was great. we had a small issue with our room that was an a joining room where we could hear our neighbours. we asked to change rooms and that was done without any issues. they also have a 24hour gym."

"Pool was a great asset. Kids loved it. Located perfectly. You step out of the hotel and you’re in the main tourist area at the foot of the mountain close to everything. Highly recommend Staff we excellent and extremely helpful. I would not hesitate to stay here again "

"Too many kids in the hot tub. We booked this location for a ski trip and the hot tub is important to us. There was a hockey team staying at the location and they monopolized the hot tub the entire time. They also broke a drinking glass in the hot tub so it was closed for the majority of our stay. "
