The suite was great! Super helpful to have a kitchenette there. The hot tub wasn’t super hot, but according to guests that were there the day before a warm hot tub was better than the cool one they had the day before. The hot tub wasn’t very clean - leaves & debris were noticeable both days we used it. The included breakfast was great!

Staff was excellent. Only Reason for 4 star instead of 5 - Hot tub was not functioning properly 1st night ( no heat nor circulation) Reported to front desk. Next day, repairs were promptly completed. Pool closed early 5pm) which is a bit early as still plenty of daylight left. That said , great location, fantastic staff , healthy and enjoyable breakfast

The rooms was very spacious, bed was comfortable, however I was surprised there wasn’t any drawers to keep my clothes, so we lived out of a suitcase for 4 days. Also the screen was ripped so we we didn’t really open the door at dusk, also cigarette butts on the patio.

Customer service line harsh and unhelpful, but on site personal on the contrary very helpful. Building needs a little love. Large construction site in the back ruins the view. Nice and well equipped rooms. Had to call for bathrobes. Gym area ridiculous. Outside spa very weak and lukewarm. Excellent continental breakfast .

The room was excellent, the continental breakfast was very good. The only complaint would be the noise from the utility room housing the ice maker. Our room was located next to that room and the noise made sleeping difficult. I would caution using room 17 if one is a light sleeper.

I would have to dig very deep and be very petty to find something to complain about regarding my stay at Ermitage du Lac in Mont-Tremblant. This was my first ever visit to Tremblant, and I was not quite certain what to expect. Upon arrive the check in process was friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was modern with some nice touches like fancy fixtures. In short, everything you would want from a hotel room. The underground self parking is secure, and the property is located alongside the pedestrian village so it’s super convenient. I will definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The room was spacious and well furnished with a good shower. Staff was very helpful. Location was about as good as it gets for being in the ski village. The included breakfast didn’t have any warm food options and options were somewhat limited so removing a star on that basis, but would still happily stay here again for the right price.

The suite we had was amazing, the bed was super comfortable and everything was clean! The breakfast was okay, it had a range variety of food (cold food or toast) but it was nothing extraordinary. The spa was okay too, nothing special. I do really recommend that hotel for a relaxing stay if you plan on exploring the city more than doing stuff at the hotel.
