My sons jacket got stollen from the hot tub area. They gave us the wrong room, which we didn't know about until another family was given keys to our room. The loud drunk groups were a little much, I wouldn't have been happy if my kids were young - but my teens slept through it. Overall, the location is amazing! The room was clean and the breakfast was good.

Room showed its age. Pull out sofa bed mattress was but a few inches thick; our 45lb child complained they could feel the metal bed frame through the mattress, so I can’t imagine an adult using it. Also, avoid rooms near the pool, which gets rather noisy until it closes at ~9pm and can be heard from inside the room. On the positive side, the location cannot be beat with walkout access to Tremblant’s village centre.

The breakfast was terrific - eggs, oatmeal, sausage, cereal, yogurt, etc The staff was helpful and very nice. They offer ski storage - you can rent a lock, which you will be refunded for when you return it. Important to note - the parking garage has a very low clearance...if you use a ski storage box on top of your car, you will be removing it before entering the garage. The condo was a really nice size - we rented the 2-bedroom/2-bath. The location was epic! We looked out on the ski slopes. The only negative I would comment on is that one of the bathrooms was not as clean as it should have been... the outside of the toilet had not been cleaned.

It’s an old school fireplace in the suites you actually have to put firewood in….very impractical now to have at hotels(too much work). The hotel lobby and elevators are really worn out, carpets at entrance are awful doesn’t make the hotel look appealing. Location is very convenient though. This was the first Homewood Hilton that breakfast wasn't the best tasting, coffee very plain.
