One notable issue was the behaviour of some guests — for example, someone was smoking in the lobby, which was unpleasant and surprisingly, no one stopped him. There was also a noticeable odour in the room upon arrival. It wasn’t very pleasant at first. However, eventually got used to it after the first night.
