There's only sunlight and the light from the balcony. If we close the curtains at night, we can't do anything. There are only two elevators, so if there are a lot of guests it can be difficult to get in. The parking lot is not large. We met in person with the staff and they were not open to change as well. Not open to exploring any options. We asked for an iron but they didn’t seem to have one. Laundry service was quite expensive.
