Location & Staff are very pleasant

Posted 20-Apr-2018
Pros: Facilities
Cons: Room furniture & bathroom flooring
Location: Everything is nearby within a walking distance. Restaurants and bars are within metres away.
The hotel is worn out as the rooms have been overused. Ive stayed in many hotels including the Hilton chain but this one is the least favourable, IMO. I think the hotel room is in the three star rate standard but is overpriced at its current rate but top quality facilities such a swimming pool, gym etc... exist. The beach side was very small which may be convenient for a quick dip. The overall experience was OK but I expected a better standard room for a chain like Hilton.

5 star virw

What you would expect from 5 star resort. Room was great. Staff helpful. I was upgraded to deluxe and view from balcony was beautiful. Spent most of the day by the pool by the beach. Very nice pool design.

Great hotel right on the beach.

The rooms are spacious and the views are fantastic. We had great breakfasts with a wide selection of foods. The staff are very helpful and attentive. All the amenities are clean and well kept.

Great hotel, awesome location.

I’ve stayed at Hilton Hua Hin before, was really impressed last time (used to stay in the Centara next door until the prices became outrageous) and would definitely go back and recommend. The location is brilliant, facilities excellent and staff and cleanliness top drawer. It has, however, not seen much work over the past four years (last time I was here). This means that there are a few bits like frayed lampshades, not-so-watertight walk in showers, some threadbare towels etc that you probably wouldn’t expect in a 5 Star Hilton. Still, it’s a great place, with amazing staff and a good base to check out Hua Hin and the surrounding area.

Overall is look old

Posted 22-Jan-2018
Pros: Easy to go to downtown Beach is nice
Cons: Improve overall by renovation , especially on lounge floor . It look like 50 years ago hotel. The smell and old furniture should be removed.
Overall look old especially at club lounge . Hotel should think abou5 renovation as long as want to offer this rate to customer. Kid club is look old and had bad smell It is convenience to go outside for night street market Breakfast is not much selections and Japanese food is terrible. Boil rice corner have only 1-2 selections Overall you can find a better hotel with same cost or even cheaper.

Not located in a scenic area. Hours away from nice environments.

Terrific location

Although the public areas including restaurants etc of the hotel are very nice and the staff are lovely, the rooms are very tired and worn out. The ensuite in particular is quite scruffy. At least in room 720 it is.
