Great hotel. Really nice, hope to come back again. Just 2 things need to be improved / fix: another tissue-box at the bathroom, would have been useful and the tap at the sink near the restaurant`s toilet need to be changed. It is almost touching the sink and when washing hands, can not avoid touching the sink with your hand, which is not too hygiene, since the tap is just too low... Other than that, all was perfect, it is really a nice place.

1. HOTEL POLICY ON PAYMENT A. Hotel prepaid with confirmation from credit card company. Upon check-in, hotel staff insisted on signing again for 3 nights accommodation (this is not deposit for additional expenses), citing its backdated and hotel policy. I am not allowed to check-in unless I sign. If this is the policy, hotels.com cannot deduct payment before my arrival. I made long distance call back to bank, who advice against signing. I took a copy and send to my bank to keep a record since they refused to allow me to check-in though I paid for full amount. I expect throughout investigation and feedback. Hotels.com to be held responsible as booking and payment made through your platform. B. Hotel Room * Interior of room very nicely done up, as per advertised. * Outdoor is not as per advertise - city view. We end up not stepping out, zero privacy as we face some local house and old sport court. very disappointing C. Cleanliness * We had a cockroach in our room D. House Keeping * Placed my cpap sleeping mask with mozzies repellent.

World class!
Absolutely the best. Words alone cannot describe how awesome this hotel is, you have to experience it for yourself. The location, facilities, condition, comfort, food and ambience are excellent. The crowning glory of this first class hotel is by far its amazing staff. Every member of staff we encountered without exception catered for our every need. Not alone did they surpass expectations in service but they made us feel valued and respected, qualities lacking in other establishments. This hotel should be very proud of its position as a world class establishment and we would have no hesitation in recommending it to everyone. Whether you are a couple, family with children, business or solo traveller, you will not be disappointed.

An ok hotel that doesn't quite deliver
It's a pleasant hotel, but the reception area is a bit uninviting and the whole experience doesn't quite feel like a five star hotel. It's simply too expensive when compared with the other five star hotels in the area, which are better. The room pools are very cold and the view is terrible from the balconies. Service is good in general, the ambiance is kind of uninspiring.

Nice hotel with clean private beach. Clear sea water during the time I visited. The hotel is quiet and peaceful. Pool inside the room is a strong point, I stayed in garden pool suite where its pool size is acceptable, not too small. But the floor in room is quite slippery, be careful!! The only point that should be improved is the hygiene and COVID-19 protocol. When I booked the room, the hotel said breakfast will be served in room. But actually, they let guests took a food on their own. So there have been an exposure everywhere in the buffet line. This is not quite impressive. The rest is all good!

I loved everything about Cape Nidhra. The staff was courteous, friendly and well trained. The facilities were immaculate. The location was excellent and the rooms were well appointed. Excellent buffet breakfast. This is the second time I was there and look forward to my next visit.

Amazing boutique hotel on the beach. We had a suite with our own private pool which we did use. Great outdoor pool with beds . Wonderful breakfast. Lovely small rooftop bar with happy hours. Staff were lovely everyone stopped to say hello. The spa was really nice too. Impeccably clean everywhere . Loved our stay. We even booked the dinner on the beach just for us two very memorable . 🏝🏖🍾

Staff are so nice and helpful. They gave us a surprise cake for celebration. However, the scale of the hotel is much smaller than I thought. Some of the rooms are easily saw by the passengers from outside. And the room service need to look into the details of cleanliness.

This property had a great location on the beach. And the size of the facility was great. The staff and service was great. Every staff stopped what they were doing and greeted you when you walked by. The pool was a good size. I would definitely come back to stay.

Overall good, just the breakfast needs to improve, they also have fresh mango, but taste nothing. Location good, but go 7-11 and supermarket need cross main street. Rooms and private Swimming pool in room was very clean. Just i think the toilet needs more light.

Lovely and chilled ambience throughout the hotel. Just a walk from the pool to the beach. Suite with pool was spacious and private. Breakfast was a fantastic selection and the staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Definately not a boring hotel!
Beautiful entrance hall, peaceful, rooms comfortable. Cocktail veranda giving beautiful views of the sea. Food very good quality.Slightly limited for vegetarians.
