"The view is the deal. Room very compact and I understand the host was trying for a "kiwi bach" feeling but I would ditch the unnecessary decorations and install some usable furniture. Small things like large towels make such a difference. I would think it would be very cold in winter."

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The hosts were fantastic—friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with from start to finish. The views were truly amazing and made the whole experience even more special. We also really appreciated how well-stocked the refrigerator was—it was such a thoughtful touch that made us feel right at home. Everything about our stay exceeded expectations, and we will definitely be coming back!"

"This motel needs a revamp both inside and outside the paint work was knocked around inside, the lounge chairs were grubby, curtains were grubby and had broken hooks, so did not hang correctly, there were ants over the kitchen bench and ants over the bathroom vanity, the carpet was grubby and had stains over it. The shower and toilet were clean and so were the sheets on the bed, the towels also were clean. A fabulous view from our downstairs unit out onto the beach. We felt the unit was overpriced for the condition it was in.I would not stay there again."
