This property is in a fabulous location & the multiple entertainment spaces were great for hanging out after immensely busy days at work.Positives:The location and overall feel of the property was great. The view of the harbour and the size of the rooms were well received. The Master Suite, in particular, was outrageously well appointed and had a great flow to the terrace. The apartment downstairs was very modern and well appointed. Several dining spaces gave us ample choices of view during dinners. The multiple lounge spaces were fabulous for hanging out & unpacking the days events.To Be Improved:We arrived to the gardener clearing out shrub sized weeds. While he stayed late on our first night, and made a valiant effort, the grounds were too far gone for him to clear out on the day of our arrival & we ended up dining amongst the well established weeds on the Astroturf patio. Upon discovering that the pool was in an unusable state, we advised the hosts almost immediately after arrival. The pool was not cleaned until the day before we checked out, which ultimately prevented us from using it at all.I did find it surprising to receive a suggestion that we take carpet protection insurance, as the carpets in the lounge were a collage of spills and red paint transfer from the red concrete terrace. The black mold on the ceiling in three of the bedrooms should be addressed. ##### Cody H. A lot of similar feedback to previous reviews. Positives were the generous sized living areas, great view/location by the beach and easy check in process. However the house felt quite damp, areas of mould, appliances not working properly and gardens very overgrown.
