Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home during their stay.



The home includes a bright, open living area designed for relaxing or gathering, a dining table suitable for shared meals or game nights, and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including an oven, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and Keurig coffee maker.



Guests will also enjoy:



High-speed wireless internet throughout the home



Three Roku Smart TVs (guests may log into their own streaming services)



In-unit washer and dryer located in the laundry closet



Two full bathrooms, including a walk-in shower and a tub/shower combo





Outdoor access includes the front porch and surrounding exterior areas. The backyard is currently being enhanced, and while work may be in progress, the home’s large windows provide a bright indoor-outdoor feel.

This is a no-smoking property. There is a $1,200 fee for smoking in the property.



We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy for parties and disruptive gatherings. There is a $1,000 fee assessed for these type of gatherings.

An exterior security camera is positioned at the front corner of the property, monitoring only the street, entryway and driveway to ensure a safe environment for all guests.



No interior areas or private outdoor spaces are monitored, maintaining full privacy in compliance with Airbnb’s policies.
