Weekend stay on a way to the cruise.

Great hotel with friendly staff and good restaurant. Will definitely stay there again on our next trip to Houston. Staff helped to organize transportation to the port as well as provided good recommendations (and reservation) for dinner.

Cons: 周囲に買い物ができるところがないので、売店を充実させて欲しい。
Location: 立地はやや不便なところにあり、観光には車が必要です。
ウェスティンの名に恥じないだけの綺麗・豪華な設備とサービスを提供しており、非常に心地よい時間を過ごすことができました。立地はややダウンタウンの真ん中で観光には不便かもしれませんが、車で乗りつければ問題ありません。

Perfect location ... Horrible breakfast :(

Stayed one night for a Houston getaway with my love and had an amazing experience. Nice staff and absolute loved the bar setup. Only downfall the breakfast was HORRIBLE. the bacon was burnt to the crisp, the syrup had a weird after taste, the toast was soggy and the eggs were dry oppose to scramble. I'm a big breakfast and eater and was extremely disappointed with the $80 breakfast. Otherwise the hotel was amazing and in a great location.

This is a very beautiful hotel. The staff is great and so was the view! Conveniently located downtown near all of the great attractions of the houston!

Pros: 高級感、フロントの対応など。
Cons: 特になし。
Location: 車がないと不便な場所にある。車は駐車場に預けておけば良い。
非常に快適で高級感溢れるホテルでした。ウェスティンの評判通り。 周囲に買い物ができる場所が全くないので、必要なものは事前に購入してからいくと良いと思います。

Nice Hotel in Bad Location

Pros: clean and comfortable, nice staff
Cons: The exercise room was lacking in a variety of exercise equipment
Location: Location is the biggest drawback to a very nice hotel. Houston's downtown is always quiet but this hotel is too far for guests to walk to meetings.
Although it is considered "downtown" the hotel is isolated unless you are going to a baseball game. The hotel is directly across the street from the Astro's home field.

Location: Good location, many thing to do arround ....
Westin is agreat hotel but my expience in Houston no that well. Bath cleaniness terrible. Staff just ok. I will no recoment this hotel location.

Valet Parkers lagging

Pros: Room was immaculate, beds very comfortable, great pillows.
Cons: Valet Parking Attendants should be better trained, I was crazy about the 'rain' shower head.
Our only complaint regarding this property was that, upon our arrival, the Valet Parking Attendant just stood at the podium. We were never greeted by him, not a wave hello or a finger to say, "just a minute," he just looked at us a couple of times, but kept standing at the podium. After about 3-4 minutes, we got out, grabbed our own luggage and only at that point did he begin to make his way towards us, at that time another attendant, who, for some reason was standing inside, opened the door for us and offered to take our bags, but we were already inside and declined. He then grabbed a ticket and brought it over to us, asking for our keys, which were left in the ignition. At any property that offers valet parking, no matter the stars rating, but especially a Starwood property, I expect to get greeted immediately, especially when there are no other vehicles at all. It was a dead time of day at around 3:30 pm. When we departed, the attendants were much more "on the ball" and worked as they should have.
