As soon as we walked into the property, we were greeted by the strong odor of smoke. As we walked up the stairs we noticed that the walls were dirty. Once we got upstairs, we noticed the flooring is peeling up and was very uneven throughout the place. We noticed the air vents have not been cleaned in quite some time. We didn't use the stove, but if you plan too you will have limited space due to the refrigerator being extremely close. The dining chairs were extremely dirty. The whole space just needed a deep clean and some repairs. The wall paper was peeling off the walls. The parking is a problem, not enough for multiple cars and street parking is an issue.

My friend and myself stayed here for spring break, all in all, it had all the amenities that were listed. Communication with the host was great & they responded in timely manners!
