Each bedroom is approximately 12x12 with a closet. Bathroom has a new tub with new tile that extends to the ceiling, new flooring and all new fixtures. Fully fenced & pet friendly, with pedestrian gates on both sides of the fence. Has a front and back porch with an outdoor dining setup. Located on an amazing and historic street, with million dollar homes around, which makes for really nice peaceful walks and quiet evenings.
