This is my second stay at this Hotel. Is always an overnight stay for a early flight the next morning. I have always had great communication with the staff and the shuttle service to & from the airport is great. Hopefully will stay another night same time next year.

Very good price for the conditions they offer. Excellent staff, professional, fast. The room was very clean, same for the bathroom. Everything was working well. Free parking helps, too. Shuttle to the airport was available although I didn't need to use but they asked. Overall, great price/quality ratio.

The hotel was okay overall. It wasn’t the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed at, but it was clean enough and comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. The staff was helpful and friendly. I didn’t have a chance to enjoy the pool or have breakfast at the hotel, but it was nice to know those amenities were available. Overall, it was a decent place to stay for a short visit.

Was a great affordable hotel for a layover in Houston. The hotel restaurant had reasonably priced healthy meals for dinner. I left before breakfast was served so cannot comment about their breakfast. Also has a well equipped gym and a nice pool. I would highly recommend this hotel for stays in Houston.

I arrived late but I have stayed before, it is an older hotel but I think it is good value for the money. The staff are always friendly and the shuttle drivers are great as well. I always stay here on a layover. And will continue too.

Room its self was clean, big king was nice and soft. Bathroom was dirty and towels were very stained. There were some big bugs crawling around the hallways. Didn't try the breakfast cause who wants to pay for breakfast and the staff over it looked like they hated their job. The "sliding doors" to the rooms and balcony DO NOT OPEN so false advertising there. Pool was nice and well kept.

The elevator has a terrible smell. Luckily, it’s a short trip to the second floor via the stairs. But I’m telling you, I would push my luggage dolly on the elevator and meet it upstairs so I didn’t have to experience the smell. The pool was open 9-9 and was very nice. We stayed for a week and housekeeping came by 2x (bc we had our dnd sign up at other times). They did leave fresh towels, but we did not get a second roll of toilet paper initially or during either cleaning. Our sink had a leak and the hallways are very, very warm. Honestly, it met most of our needs for the week, but I was expecting more out of the hotel based off of their advertising.

The staff was helpful, the lobby was in great shape. I particularly enjoyed the LARGE pool. A tip: if you want a quieter and bigger room, ask for a 500 series room in the section behind the pool. They are bigger than the ones up front and don't have the road noise.
