"The room #840 was not up to the level of this high end Hotel! I would have had a nicer room at a local name brand hotel. The valet was great, front desk was nice but did not seem to mind putting us in this room. The Monarch had great staff and drinks were great! The hotel is great other than the old worn out #840"

"The room was clean but had a slight musty odor. The front desk staff was outstanding but the valet staff was not impressive at all. They did not help me with my luggage. They weren’t very friendly or helpful. The food was excellent! And so was the bar. For the nightly cost, this hotel is OK, the front desk staff made my experience Good overall. I would rate 7.5/10"
