"All the staff, except the front desk were very kind, professional, and didn’t mae me feel like I was bothering them. The breakfast staff and the Starbucks staff were excellent. The front desk staff, after I asked for a physical key, made me feel like I was asking for a whole new room, bothered and annoyed. There was a panel in my closet that was hanging down, so I could see the wires and cobwebs in the crawl space. A maintenance man came by, 30 minutes after I entered my room for the first time and said someone called for a light bulb to be changed. Traveling alone, I said I did not call. I eventually found the broken light bulb, but it wasn’t a light I needed, so I never called him back. I asked for a room on the app, they gave me a different room when I checked in. The drain in the shower didn’t, so I had a dirty tub after every shower. I feel did not feel like this was a Hilton hotel. It was 5 minutes away from the bus stop. A lot of food that is walking distance around."
