The space:
• First floor: living room with a 55" Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen, dining for six, half bath, and a private master bedroom with a king bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
• Second floor: two queen bedrooms on opposite ends for privacy, plus a full shared bathroom.
• Private backyard: pergola with string lights, picnic table, charcoal grill, wood-burning fire pit, and seasonal stock-tank pool, surrounded by bamboo and palms.

Guest access:
Guests have the entire townhome and private backyard to themselves. Self check-in with a unique smart lock code, and driveway parking for 2 cars.

Good to know:
• Check-in 4 PM, check-out 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out available for $15 per hour, subject to availability.
• Max 6 guests. No parties. Visitors must be approved in advance. Extra guests are $100 per person, per night.
• Pets welcome (up to 2), one-time $100 pet fee. Please add them to your reservation.
• Washer and dryer included for stays of 3+ nights, or a one-time $10 fee for 1 to 2 night stays. Detergent not provided.
• Towels: each bedroom has 2 bath towels, 2 hand towels, and 1 makeup towel. Washcloths are not provided.
• Pool is not heated and closed in winter. Charcoal and firewood are not provided.
• Blinds are not blackout and may let in morning light.
• Two exterior security cameras monitor the front and backyard for safety only.
• Driveway has a small drainage dip on each side, please pull in straight. We can't take responsibility for vehicle damage caused by improper parking.
• Please report any issues (AC, plumbing, appliances) early so we can help right away.
