Modern, cozy home just minutes from Downtown Houston. Features a spacious king bedroom with a smart TV, a stylish bathroom with rainfall shower, a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and coffee bar, a six-person dining table, and a dedicated work-from-home office. Guests also enjoy access to a private, fenced backyard—perfect for relaxing or letting the kids play.

Please note: This is a private unit with no shared spaces. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. AC is preset to 72° during your stay, but we’re happy to accommodate requests. Only one vehicle may park in the driveway—additional vehicles can use free street parking nearby. We provide a starter supply of coffee pods, toiletries, and paper goods. Let us know if you have any special requests or needs!
