    This bright and beautiful one-story home includes an open concept for easy entertaining, formal dining and living rooms, a large kitchen with island, and updated primary bath with accessible shower. It also has a home office that could be used as a fourth bedroom
    You'll love the engineered hardwood floors and natural light. All of this and no back neighbors!
    You'll have access to all the attractions the neighborhood has walking distance from our place.

    There is a beautiful park and birds and squirrels tend to frequent the yard. It is a great place to relax and enjoy your time in Spring 77388
    There will be a personalized key code to the main door . You will receive an email a week prior to arrival with your key code and directions within the home.
    You are more than welcome to use the kitchen or enjoy a drink in the front room or a meal in the dining room. Smoking is allowed outside on the back covered patio in the fenced in yard. There is an ashtray out there; just make sure to dump it daily. You are also welcome to use the laundry room if needed.
    Keep in mind if you don't like the country style, this home won't be a perfect fit for you

The house was perfect and spacious with plenty of bathrooms for everyone to get ready. Only down was the fire ants in the driveway. We all got bit on the foots but everything else was perfect.
